I'm so glad I came across Luis' youtube channel. It was the only place where I found any relevant information about getting a tourist visa for Ecuador (particularly for Indians). When I discovered the process was even more complicated than I had imagined and the govt website impossible to negotiate, I wrote to ask if Luis would help. He did. He led us through the bureaucratic maze, steadily and professionally. And his charges are very reasonable. The process to get a tourist visa is not cheap or easy, what with getting the police clearance, the translations and the documents which have to be apostilled etc, but if you stick to a proper timeline and your heart is set on visiting beautiful Ecuador, this the way to go. Thank you Luis for making it possible for us to visit. Next time we hope to make it to Cuenca!

I came across BilDev tours when I found their video in Jan 2026, on how to apply for a visa for Ecuador. I am from a country that needs a visa and it is a long laborious process. The video was very helpful and I emailed them with questions. Luis and his staff were very prompt and helpful in answering all my questions and guiding me through the process even though I had not booked my Gallapagos tour through them. I submitted all my paper work for a visa on the Cancilleria site and was waiting till I got a response from them that the documen tation was not enough and I needed to provide more documentation. I was super upset because I was to leave for India in a week. Luis and his team were very helpful and supportive, they got me the translation documentation I needed in a day and uploaded all the required documentation to the website with comments in Spanish ( all 44 pages of it) . The documentation added was accepted within a day or two and I received my visa to go to the Gallapagos. I am so grateful to Luis and his team , they were so professional and supportive and worked so quickly, it was amazing. Thank you so much for helping me get the visa @ Bildev Tours, you are awesome!

I sought out the expertise of Luis Velasquez Pazmiño's to get a tourist visa to Ecuador. For Indian passport holders, it's a quite a complicated process, involving police certificate, apostillisation translation to Spanish, drawing up a detailed itinerary, etc. Luis was unbelievably helpful and professional throughout the entire process that lasted 5 weeks. Not only did he do everything with very high competence, but also answered my numerous questions very patiently. It definitely helped calm my nerves before I eventually got the visa. I'd highly recommend this service for other travellers.

I went to meet Luis, the company owner, to have my documents translated from French to Spanish, and I received impeccable service. After the translation, he offered to help me apply for the visa online, the only way it is done now ! Two months later I received my visa without any problems and I also received my Cedula card and I must thank his assistant very much who was a great help and so kind, she is present in any steps of the process and she is very profesional and knowledgeable ! Great service, great prices, afordable, I recommand without hesitation Luis team ! They speak French, English, and Spanish; it was a great pleasure doing business with them.
